Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, Coding and Unit Testing
- Lead a small team technically and manage people.
- Review/understand high level design and participates in the detailed design
- Conduct code reviews
- Ensures that the project delivers a promised product or service on schedule
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills Required:
- B. Tech/BE with 5-8 years of relevant software experience.
- Should display a sound understanding of software development lifecycle, with pragmatic problem solving skills.
- Should have considerable experience in the design and implementation of IT solutions
- Able to lead teams technically and manage people.
- Ensures that the project delivers a promised product or service on schedule
- Should be sound with SQL, T-SQL, Oracle, MS SQL
- Good communication skills and leadership
- Sound knowledge of Java, J2EE, HTML/Java
- Experience of working on Linux platform and Jboss.
- Good Knowledge of EJB and reporting tools like BIRT.
- Should have considerable experience in standard design methodologies and tools (UML- EA/ Visio)
- Good experience with Web Services/ SOAP/XML
