Product Operations Manager


You will be aligned with the Product/ Business Operations vertical that will require you to manage/ supervise day to day operational and administrative activities, ensuring all processes are followed/ executed and meet deadlines.

What You'd have?

* You will be monitoring and reporting the progress of various programs through governance and will interact with individuals within the organisation to meet client needs and requirements.

* You will be responsible for business service delivery where you will be required to create, implement and manage functions of program/project management. You will need to monitor and report the progress of various programs and ensure governance.

* Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for business operations. Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities. Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.

What you'd have?

You shuld have minimum of 7 -11 years of experience in Service delivery, operations management, business analysis, monitoring business operations, program management and business communication
