Job Role

We are looking for a well-rounded, detail-driven product marketer with a can-do attitude to join the team in Mumbai, India. As a product marketing manager you will work on shaping how customers, prospects, and the target audience at large view and perceive our product suite. Covering solutions marketing, positioning, messaging, partner marketing, go to market strategy and sales enablement, amongst other aspects of product marketing.

What you'll be responsible for?

  • Develop a differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and prospects
  • Own the launch of new features and their sustained amplification
  • Create compelling messages and bring those to life on landing pages, ad campaigns, website pages, product collaterals
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, sales and customer success teams
  • Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the other players in the market and enable sales with updated intelligence
  • Own sales enablement, provide high-value sales tools, training, and collaterals to sales and also equip them with persona understanding and a targeted pitch  
  • Be a technology and customer evangelist and serve as a company spokesperson and go-to thought leader for the product
  • Execute programs from planning through delivery to achieve marketing pipeline for both net-new and add-on business  

Qualification and other skills

  • MBA or equivalent degree in marketing

What you'd have?

  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B marketing for an enterprise SaaS product — with experience in content creation, GTM strategy, sales enablement
  • Strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to develop and deliver effective marketing materials, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and key positioning
  • Ability to succeed in a large organisation with moving parts; ability to influence extended teams without formal line-reporting authority
  • Experience with analytics, MAP, CRM - Hubspot, Zoho preferred
  • Experience in dealing with senior leaders plus good networking skills
  • Proven track record in performing well in a complex environment with proactive approach to projects and tasks
