Sriram Vinjamuri
Sriram Vinjamuri serves as Chief Customer Officer at Tanla. Having a rich and accomplished experience of 30+ years in the IT, Telecom, FMCG industries, Sriram oversees Tanla’s Customer Success and Service delivery initiatives. He also leads the enterprise-wide customer operations to ensure business rigor - from Onboarding to Adoption, Improvement to Execution, Customer Engagement to Retention.
Prior to joining Tanla, Sriram was Vice-president, Consumer Business @ Tata Teleservices where he had a full P&L responsibility for South India Region, with a focus on growing their mobile subscribers and revenues.
From November 1994 to September 2018, Sriram held several leadership roles at Nestle India, Bharti Airtel, Tata Teleservices with responsibilities spanning large teams in multiple geographies, across product categories driving business outcomes in the Retail, Institutional, and Enterprise segments.
Sriram began his career with BPL Limited in 1992 in the office automation products division, as a key member of the Sales team that drove initial adoption for Sanyo reprographics business in India.
Sriram is a B.S in Electronics from Bangalore University and an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune.
